I was recommended this product by a friend who knows far more than me about bike maintenance and care. It certainly keeps the chain in good order and I haven't noticed any fling off despite probably using a little too much. Good clean product.

For me, the best chain lube there is! My chain is now at 18K miles and is only now in need of replacing, mainly due to me using a wet/sticky chain lube for the last 3K.
