Charge your phone, camera or GPS from the BMW harness connector provided on all bikes produced since 2004.
BMW motorcycles feature a factory installed connector to power GPS. This socket is located in the front area as in the example of a R1200GS as shown in the image or for F series bikes it is located near the battery. The cable will plug straight into this socket providing a safe and watertight installation. You just need to remove the protective cover and insert the cable connector.Then route the cable and secure it with simple tie-wraps up to the place where the gadget to be charged is to be.

The Canbus connector on the R1200RT LC is located in the area behind the meter panel. Need to remove windshield and a panel behind it to access.
