I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding two TPMS sensors I purchased from your company. The sensors have not activated despite multiple attempts to wake them, including by experienced mechanics at my local BMW Motorrad dealership. Unfortunately, they have confirmed that the sensors cannot be activated. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the sensors require programming before their first use, as outlined on this site: https://www.cdfgroup.de/onlineshop/en/home/557-alcar-s7a101-motorcycle-universal-sensor-4026569074449.html. This critical information was not made clear at the time of purchase and your site just lists the OTC-T5 wake up tool as being required but this is not the case for the ALCAR S7A101 modules I bought from you. Had I known a specialist tool was required I would have checked first that the local dealership had this and was able to assist me and they do not have the required programming tool for unprogrammed sensors. I have previously purchased items from Nippy Normans without any issues, but this experience has been disappointing. As the sensors are unusable, I kindly request a refund. Please let me know the steps to return these items and process my refund at the earliest convenience.
