These do a good job in covering the gaps that should have been covered by BMW in the first place! They are quite fiddly to fit, and the instructions are poor - the diagram shows parts looking the same that are actually different; unless your German is good, you’ll have to use Google translator to work out what goes where. The mounting posts push into rubber grommets on the plates, which does not look as good as I wanted; I expected a better finish, such as the stainless screws used everywhere else on the bike. I actually discarded the posts and grommets and used stainless torx screws and bolts instead (I also had the plates sprayed to match the bike colour, but that’s personal preference, others may prefer the black look). if you want to do as I did then allow another £40 to £50 on top of the (already quite expensive) purchase price.
